Arsham joined Meritech in 2025 and helps lead the firm's enterprise software and infrastructure practices.
Prior to Meritech, Arsham spent six years at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where he helped lead the firm's growth investing practice. He was responsible for the firm's investments in Wiz, Chainguard, Personio, Verkada, ClickUp, Axonius, Enable, Payhawk, and Spiff (acquired by Salesforce). Prior to Lightspeed, Arsham worked at OpenView Venture Partners where he sourced and executed investments in early and growth stage enterprise software companies.
Arsham holds a B.S. from Cornell University. When he’s not working, you can usually find him exploring all things outdoors or doing his best to not burn down the kitchen while cooking.
